Draft Requirements 1/2 to 5 Degrees (texture driven)
Outside of Part is the Control Surface
Minimum Radius 1/32 Allowed
Outside Surface Can Be Selectively Textured
Undercuts are Easier Compared to Male Mold Tooling
Logos & Text Can Be Molded In
Dimensions Must Come from Mold Surface

Machine Requirements:
Upper Platen for Pre-Stretch, Billow, & Pressure Box & Plug Assist
Sensors for Sheet Core Temperature, Sag & Billow
Locking Bayonets & Air Bags to Stop Platen
